MOLD INSPECTION AND SURVEY
Mold is a microorganism that occurs naturally in our environment.
Many of the things that we take for granted are the result of mold, such as leaves decaying, com positing and the development of antibiotics including penicillin. The problem is that while some are helpful, others are toxic and can be harmful to our health and housing environment.
Mold is caused by moisture or water penetration left untreated.
Mold causes structural damage. Mold can eat through building materials and if undetected and untreated can cause structural damage.
If there has been water damage, plumbing leaks or flooding, Mold could be hiding and you would not even know it.
Toxic or Allergenic Mold- Toxic Mold or high levels of an allergenic mold can cause severe health problems and make the home uninhabitable.
